We build and test all our systems in-house. We have had the opportunity to build systems in hundreds of possible configurations and have logged all testing data, ensuring that we know exactly what works best together.
The attention to detail we go to is obvious when you receive your new custom PC, you will notice how we have carefully packaged your system and then when you get inside that box, you will observe the very best cable management and optimal placement of components for your specification.
Our 3 year warranty comes as standard to put your mind at ease. This is an industry leading service and we are proud to offer it.
Do you offer a price match?
Times are hard right now but gamers still deserve the best gaming PCs!

This is a company promise to match or beat the best price you can find ANYWHERE else for a like-for-like system spec, so you can buy with confidence knowing you are getting our incredible build quality but also the best value possible. Can I purchase individual components?
Yes you can! We offer ready to go plug & play PCs, components and peripherals to complete your dream set-up.
Am I able to trade in my old system towards a VORTEX System?
Yes, we do offer a trade-in service for your old system towards the purchase of a new one. As part of our commitment to recycling technology and reducing e-waste, we believe in giving your old tech a second life and preventing it from ending up in a landfill. Feel free to reach out to us for more details on how to get started with the process.
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Where is my order?
All our VORTEX Systems are sent with GPS tracking. You will be able to view and find your tracking information within your VORTEX account in the 'My Orders' section or in the email you received confirming shipment of your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, Stripe and PayPal.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund has been processed, it should be back in your account within 3-5 working days.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping & returns
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order next working day if it has been ordered before 1pm. For 'Built-To-Order' systems delivery is usually within 5-10 working days.
What is your return policy?
We're confident that you will be completely satisfied with your VORTEX System. However, should you be unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 14-days return period. *T&C apply* See full details here
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes you can select a delivery date directly with DPD once your order is dispatched or please contact us as soon as possible if this requires changing before your order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
We offer next day delivery for UK mainland. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for Ireland/Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
How much is delivery and how is the computer packaged?
Delivery is free of charge for our 'PC Systems' and is sent via DPD as our preferred delivery partner.
All our systems are double boxed and the interior is protected with Instapak foam moulds to ensure best protection of the entire system.
For all components & peripherals delivery is only £9.99.
