We are proud to offer industry leading long warranty period for our custom computers, so you are safe in the knowledge that, in the unlikely event of a hardware issue with your PC, that it has excellent cover. All of our systems go through a tough stress-test for at least 24hrs which in most cases will show up a hardware fault, however there is always the chance that a component can become faulty with time. Normally, faults can be costly to diagnose and repair, luckily with at VORTEX we have removed the labour cost for you and keep costs as low as we can outside of warranty too!
