PC came well put together with clean cable management making the whole thing look very professional and aesthetically pleasing. Answered all questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Finally, problem solved! So, I had a problem with the PC because I made myself the PC build and I made some mistakes at cable management and it didn`t recognised all my fans and also the RGB was not working…so I was looking for someone with experience to solve my problems. They normally do PC builds, but they were verry kind to help me solve my problem. Now finally all fans are working and also the RGB, so I am a happy customer! 😊

Brilliantly put together computer, the delivery service was excellent, had foam inside and around the box which the computer was in to protect it from external damage which I was worried about. Every question/concern was answered and reassured and I've had quite a lot of questions initially. Overall this PC is an absolute monster, you killed it ProTech.

I only can confirm that all previous 5stars reviews are true. I was looking for high-end PC but the prices were not satisfying at other well known sellers. I was even thinking to build a PC by my self till accidently I found ProTech on Facebook marketplace. I made some research about them and decided to give a try. From the first contact the response was very quick and professional. Everything went smoothly and they built the PC very quickly. Despite excellent communication and customer service I saved £ more than 20% compare with other sellers in the market. So if you are looking for new PC highly recommend ProTech PCs.
